Our Order Policy

We do not have an online order function by design.  We prefer to speak with our customers or communicate by email so we're clear on what you want and you know whether the item(s) are in stock, if not, when they will be, and when the shipment will go out.

Minimum Order Size

We are happy to ship orders of any size; however, there is a nominal charge of $3.00 for orders under $25.00.

Shipping Costs & Options

We charge our customers the amount we are charged to ship the package. This is based solely on the final shipping weight of the package and the location it is being shipped to; we do not add anything to the postal rates.  We use the most cost-effective shipping.  We compare postage costs with the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, and other companies to ensure your items are delivered quickly. NOTE: Summer Heat is an issue - there will be additional costs for ice packs. We do not refund for melted products.  We recommend adding ice packs to help protect your candy. Even with ice packs, we cannot guarantee the candy will not melt.
