Dear Black River Candy Shoppe: Well - it was a success! A HUGE success! Thanks so much for all your help with the candy buffet for our daughter's wedding. I have attached a couple of photos of the table, and one of the containers. Everyone is still enjoying their treats. We could not have been happier with the way it all turned out! I hope you get to do many more events like ours - our guests just loved it!

Dear Black River Candy Shoppe: A few years ago, when I lived in Chester, I was at a birthday party and they were handing out small bags of candy from your store. Everyone complimented about your candies being rich and sweet tasting.  They were so delicious, that I asked my mom to take me to your store to buy my own bag. I can remember many of my visits to your store. As I came in, I was always anxious to dig into your wonderful selection of candy.  Also, I was extremely impressed by the variety and flavors of candies there are in your store. Your candy is perfect for any special occasion such as parties, family get togethers, and holidays.  Every time that I had friends over, they thought it was a perfect treat to eat. When I used to go to your store, I always felt welcomed.  I am very impressed with your candy store and sad that I no longer live close to the store. Thank you for the wonderful service you provide for the Chester community.  They are so lucky to have such a wonderful candy store.

Black River Candy Shoppe Thank you from the Mendham Borough Library for sponsoring our Book and Egg Hunt on April 8th. As a Library Association, which does not benefit from the standard tax support afforded to Municipal Libraries, we rely very heavily upon the generosity of local businesses. Your donation of chocolate eggs was a wonderful addition to our Book Hunt. Many children stayed at the library for hours deciphering our clues, using the online catalog, and locating the winning books with the hopes of taking home a bag of Black River Candy Shoppe chocolate eggs. The children's excitement when the computer told them they had found a winner was fantastic. We are very appreciative of you support of our library, and our community.

Black River Candy Shoppe This is one of the many wonderful reasons why Chester, NJ is a great place to live. My boyfriend and I drive from Union county every few months to stock up on all the nostalgic candy we once loved as kids. We plan on residing in Chester once we are married as trips to the Black River Candy Shoppe will become a weekly event! Thanks for helping us remember the really "sweet" memories of our youth! I know they will be surprised and pleased, as this brand seems to be difficult to find. It's a relief for me to open a box of candy and not even be tempted! Now if it had been chocolate .... Black River Candy Shoppe The Callard & Bowser licorice toffee arrived last week with dazzling speed. I had thought I would give it to Nancy as a Christmas present, but she's been ill lately. I was on my way to see her when the package arrived, so I took the candy with me. She was _delighted_ to have it, and I am now a hero thanks to you and Black River Candy Shoppe.
